Cookies, plainly explained
Cookie Policy
How we use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and (optionally) understand how the site is used.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember information across pages and between visits.
Cookies we always use
- Session cookie — keeps you signed in while you browse. It expires when you close your browser or sign out.
- Cart cookie — remembers the items in your cart so they are there when you return, even if you have not signed in.
- CSRF token — a security cookie that protects your account actions from cross-site request forgery.
Optional analytics cookies
We use anonymous analytics to understand which pages are visited most and how visitors move through the site. These cookies are off by default.
You can accept or decline them when you first visit, or change your preference at any time by writing to support@athaahanand.com.
Third-party cookies
Our payment partner may place its own cookies when you reach checkout. These are governed by that partner's privacy policy and are needed only to process your payment securely.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies from social networks.
How to manage cookies
Every modern browser lets you view, block or delete cookies through its settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in and the cart from working. You can find instructions for your browser in its help section.
This policy is a plain-language draft prepared for launch. Have it reviewed by your legal counsel before you go live.
