Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

Across India, and internationally to most countries. Some items - ghee-based products and certain herbal preparations - cannot cross every border, and the product page says so before you buy.

Timelines

• ◆Metro cities in India: 2-4 working days.
• ◆Rest of India: 4-7 working days.
• ◆International: 7-18 working days, plus customs clearance.

Charges

Free shipping on Indian orders above 999 rupees. Below that, a flat 79 rupees applies. International rates are calculated at checkout from the destination and parcel weight.

Packing

Idols, brassware and glass are wrapped individually and boxed with cushioning. Puja items are packed separately from anything scented so nothing transfers.
