Returns & Refunds
How to return an item, what we can and cannot take back, and when your money comes home.
The window
Seven days from delivery to raise a return, for any reason. Start it from Track Order, or write to support@athaahanand.com (or call +91 97119 41404) with your order number.
What we can take back
- Unused items in their original packaging.
- Anything that arrived damaged, wrong or incomplete - photograph it and we arrange a free pickup.
What we cannot take back
- Consecrated idols and items already used in a puja, which cannot be resold.
- Opened food, ghee, oils and herbal preparations, for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards and digital course access.
Refund timing
Once the return reaches us and passes inspection, refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. Bank posting can add another 2-3.
