Cancellation Policy

Orders that are not paid

An order made online (UPI, card or netbanking) is confirmed only when the payment completes. If the payment is abandoned, fails or does not complete, the order expires and is cancelled automatically, and the items you had lined up are released back to stock. Nothing is charged for an order like this.

A Cash on Delivery order is confirmed as soon as you place it, because no payment is pending. If you no longer want it before it has shipped, write to us with your order number and we will help you with the cancellation.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions pause, skip or cancel any time, entirely from your account — no message needed. A cancelled subscription is never charged again; it is recreated fresh only if you subscribe again.

Darshan bookings

Athaahanand has not published a cancellation or refund policy for Darshan bookings. For any question about a booking, contact us quoting the booking number and we will help you directly.

Paid orders after payment

Once payment has been taken and the order is on its way to you, changes are handled through our Returns & Refunds policy — the same window, eligibility rules and refunds apply.
