- How do I know an idol is authentic?
- Every idol and brass item lists its material, weight and the artisan cluster it came from. Where the maker agrees to be named, they are named on the product page.
- Can I book Darshan or a puja at a temple through Athaahanand?
- Darshan can be booked at the temples that show a Book Darshan button; the dates, slots and prices are set by Athaahanand, not fed live from the temple. Pujas and other services cannot be booked yet — the temple directory and trip planner are for information and planning. You can email a trip plan to us from the planner page.
- Do you ship ghee and oils internationally?
- To most countries, but not all — some restrict dairy and herbal preparations. The product page flags the restriction before you add the item to your cart.
- What happens if an item arrives damaged?
- Photograph it and raise a return within seven days. We arrange a free pickup and either replace the item or refund it in full — you choose.
